Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup/delivery are not eligible for a refund, as preparation will already be underway.
